RiskyID is a product operated by Ideas Premium Solutions, Inc. (“RiskyID,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We understand that privacy, confidentiality, and responsible data handling are essential for organizations that use compliance, risk management, sanctions screening, PEP screening, monitoring, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when individuals, organizations, customers, users, prospects, and website visitors interact with RiskyID.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the RiskyID website, platform, mobile application, dashboards, forms, AI assistant, scheduling flows, customer support channels, APIs, batch screening services, monitoring services, reports, marketing pages, and related online or offline services that link to or reference this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, products, services, or content operated by third parties, even when they are linked from our Services. Third-party services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Information We Collect
Account and business contact information: name, last name, company name, job title, work email, phone number, billing details, mailing address, country, user credentials, account role, subscription plan, and related profile information.
Customer content and screening data: names of individuals, companies, institutions, beneficial owners, counterparties, customers, vendors, employees, or other parties submitted for screening; search parameters; uploaded batch screening files; API requests; monitoring lists; matching results; PDF reports; notes; internal references; and other data supplied by customers or users for compliance, risk management, or operational purposes.
Transaction and billing information: subscription details, invoices, payment status, tax information, credits, verification volumes, and purchase history. Payment card information may be processed by our payment providers and is not intended to be stored directly by RiskyID unless expressly stated.
Technical, device, and usage information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, domain names, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, clicks, session events, log files, API usage, authentication events, and other information used to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Services.
Communications and support information: messages sent to us, support tickets, emails, chat interactions, AI assistant conversations, meeting requests, call scheduling information, survey responses, and other communications with RiskyID.
Marketing and preference information: marketing preferences, event participation, newsletter interactions, website behavior, campaign source, lead source, and information used to evaluate interest in RiskyID products and services.
Cookies and similar technologies: information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and similar technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.
3. Information About Third Parties Submitted by Customers
RiskyID customers may submit information about third parties, such as individuals, entities, customers, prospects, vendors, employees, beneficial owners, counterparties, or other persons for screening, monitoring, due diligence, or compliance-related purposes.
When customers submit such information, they are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate legal basis, authorization, notice, consent, contractual right, regulatory obligation, legitimate interest, or other lawful reason to submit and process that information through RiskyID.
Customers should not submit sensitive information that is not necessary for the screening or compliance purpose. Customers are also responsible for using RiskyID results in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and any contractual restrictions that apply to their use of the Services.
4. How We Use Information
To provide, operate, maintain, authenticate access to, and improve the Services, including screening, monitoring, batch processing, API functionality, report generation, customer support, billing, and account administration.
To process searches, evaluate potential matches, generate reports, maintain audit trails, support monitoring lists, and enable customers to document compliance-related activity.
To communicate with customers, users, and prospects about service updates, support requests, account activity, billing, security notices, product changes, renewals, scheduled meetings, and other operational matters.
To send marketing, educational, product, and business development communications by permitted channels, subject to applicable law and user preferences. These communications may include newsletters, service updates, webinars, product announcements, training content, and information about RiskyID or related services offered by Ideas Premium Solutions, Inc.
To conduct analytics, measure campaign effectiveness, improve user experience, develop features, perform statistical analysis, monitor service performance, detect fraud or abuse, protect the Services, and troubleshoot technical issues.
To create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that does not identify a specific individual or customer, including usage trends, performance metrics, industry insights, product adoption metrics, or marketing and sales analysis.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect rights and property, investigate suspected misuse, respond to lawful requests, and support corporate, accounting, tax, compliance, and security obligations.
5. SMS Communications and Consent
If you provide your phone number through the RiskyID website, forms, AI assistant, scheduling process, or any other authorized channel, you may expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from RiskyID related to your request. These messages may include one-time verification codes, phone number confirmation messages, appointment scheduling confirmations, or other communications directly related to the service or meeting requested by you.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with RiskyID. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, you may reply HELP or contact us through the official contact channels listed on our website. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
RiskyID does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing, advertising, promotional, or lead generation purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The advertising, analytics, and remarketing practices described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to SMS consent or phone numbers collected for SMS verification purposes. Phone numbers and SMS consent collected for verification or appointment scheduling are used only for transactional communications directly related to the user’s request.
6. Marketing, Sales, and Business Communications
RiskyID may use business contact information, website activity, lead information, and customer relationship information to communicate about our Services, provide product information, invite users to webinars or meetings, share educational content, and support legitimate marketing and sales activities.
Marketing communications may be sent by email, telephone, postal mail, website forms, remarketing platforms, or other lawful channels. Recipients may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Operational, transactional, legal, billing, and security communications may still be sent when necessary to provide or protect the Services.
RiskyID may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information for internal analysis, public product metrics, sales materials, training, benchmarking, or marketing insights, provided that such information does not identify a specific individual or disclose confidential customer information.
RiskyID will not use a customer’s name, logo, testimonial, case study, or identifiable success story in public marketing materials without appropriate authorization, unless the relationship or use is otherwise public and permitted by agreement or applicable law.
RiskyID does not use SMS consent or mobile phone numbers collected for SMS verification to send promotional SMS messages unless the user separately provides legally valid consent for that purpose.
7. How We Share Information
Service providers and subprocessors: We may share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, such as hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, CRM, customer support tools, analytics providers, email providers, payment processors, communications providers, cybersecurity vendors, and professional advisors. These parties are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to RiskyID and are expected to protect the information they process.
Data and content providers: RiskyID may use third-party data providers and technology providers, including Dow Jones Corporation and other providers, to power screening, monitoring, reporting, or related functions. Use of such data may be subject to additional contractual, licensing, or regulatory restrictions.
Customer account administrators and authorized users: If you access the Services through an organization, information related to your use of the Services may be visible to that organization’s administrators or other authorized users according to the account configuration and permissions.
Legal and compliance purposes: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulation, lawful government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, property, users, the public, or the integrity of the Services.
Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.
With consent or direction: We may share information when the customer, user, or authorized representative instructs us to do so or gives consent.
RiskyID does not sell or rent customer lists. RiskyID does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, promotional, or lead generation purposes.
8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Our website and Services may use cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, authenticate users, measure usage, improve performance, understand campaign effectiveness, and deliver more relevant content.
We may use analytics and advertising tools, including third-party platforms, to understand how visitors interact with our website, create remarketing audiences, measure conversions, and deliver personalized or interest-based advertising through lawful channels.

The practices described in this section do not apply to SMS consent, SMS opt-in data, or mobile phone numbers collected for transactional SMS verification or appointment scheduling.

RiskyID retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, support customers, comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, licensing, audit, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity of the Services.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, customer plan, contractual requirements, legal obligations, security needs, and the nature of the Services used, including screening reports, monitoring activity, audit logs, API logs, billing records, and customer support records.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, de-identify, aggregate, or securely retain it in accordance with applicable law, contractual commitments, and technical limitations.
10. Data Security
RiskyID maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption, logging, monitoring, vendor controls, and security policies appropriate to the nature of the Services.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, using strong passwords, limiting account access to authorized personnel, and notifying RiskyID promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.
11. International Processing and Transfers
RiskyID is operated from the United States and may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions where RiskyID, its affiliates, service providers, or data providers operate. These jurisdictions may have data protection laws that differ from those in the user’s country or region.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, which may include contractual protections, vendor due diligence, security measures, and other lawful transfer mechanisms.
12. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal information is processed.
You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in those messages or by contacting us. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. For SMS help, reply HELP.
You may control cookies through browser settings and may manage certain advertising preferences through platform tools or industry opt-out mechanisms.
Requests may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, contractual obligations, security requirements, and the rights of other parties. If your information was submitted to RiskyID by one of our customers, we may direct you to that customer when appropriate.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for business and professional users and are not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information through the Services, we may delete it in accordance with applicable law.
14. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for determining the lawful basis for submitting personal information to RiskyID, providing any legally required notices, obtaining any required consents, respecting applicable privacy and data protection laws, and using screening results responsibly.
Customers should implement appropriate internal controls, access permissions, confidentiality procedures, retention practices, and review processes when using RiskyID reports, monitoring lists, API integrations, batch files, and screening results.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, technology, legal requirements, business practices, or data processing activities. The updated version will be posted on the RiskyID website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted indicates acceptance of the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
